Royal Treatment

When Butler becomes an important part of your business workflow, you may want to ensure that your account is linked to your organization and not to an individual. It would also help to have a direct line with the Butler team to get help with your workflow and influence the development roadmap.

The Royal Treatment service offers exactly that, and more: all the way up to a custom corporate Butler (requires additional fees).

The Royal Treatment service is linked to an organization (team, company, etc).

The quota is shared by all users in the account, and account preferences, global commands and usage may be accessed by any of the organization members.

Linking is typically done by email domain: all users that sign up for Butler with an email address associated to your account's domain automatically become linked to this account. Please, mention in your enquiry if you need a different account linking scheme.

If you're a Butler user or a Silver Platter member, you're probably familiar with our passion for customer support.

With Royal Treatment, we go as far as doing 1:1 video conferencing if and when required for support, to discuss needs, or just to help you design your workflow. We also create a private Slack channel for your company's interactions with us.

We give priority to the development of features that are important to Royal Treatment customers, and our development roadmap is heavily directed by the needs of those customers.

While not every size of company will require them, as your needs grow it's important to know that we can offer the following to Royal Treatment customers:

Custom bot: A separate bot user for your company instead of @butlerbot, e.g. @mycompanybot.
Separate execution queue: The effect of this is that your organization's commands don't get queued behind other users' commands, resulting in a faster response and less delays if there's a very high volume of operations.
No quota: No limits to the number of operations per week (quota). Please note that other limitations may still apply (e.g. operations per second).

We offer custom development related to Butler, Trello, system interfacing and integration, etc.

The Royal Treatment plan is $50 per month for small organizations or small teams within large organizations (limited to 10 users and 10,000 operations/week); $100/month for organizations up to 25 people (limited to 15,000 operations/week); and $250/month for larger organizations (limited to 100 users and 25,000 operations/week).

Please note that organizations with a large number of users may also require custom provisioning to cope with their capacity requirements; this is not included in the Royal Treatment service and will be billed separately.
